Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight intelligence database
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible technological deployment
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
