Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends across AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing to inform corporate strategy
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and Wired
- Represent Nexus Horizons at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding from innovation grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author on exponential technologies with >50k readership
- Expertise in trend analysis using AI-driven forecasting platforms
- Proven track record of implementing future-proofed strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish (preferred)
- Portfolio of 3+ scenario-planning frameworks implemented by major institutions
- Security clearance eligibility (for government collaborations)
