Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging disruptors and paradigm shifts
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech convergence) and translate insights into actionable frameworks
- Produce annual Horizon Reports with quantitative forecasts and qualitative assessments
- Design cross-industry innovation ecosystems to accelerate future-readiness
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government policymakers
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis at Fortune 500 or consulting firms
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and causal layered analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications (e.g., Future Journal, Trends Report)
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Flourish
- Fluency in at least two future-relevant languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations
