- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual Future State Reports with data-driven predictions and disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype innovation pipelines aligned with 5-year horizons
- Advocate ethical futurism principles in product development and organizational design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership in emerging tech or systemic change (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., PESTLE, Delphi method, AI trend analysis)
- Experience developing quantitative forecasting models for complex adaptive systems
