Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' synthesizing quantum computing, AR/VR, and synthetic biology innovations
- Design ethical frameworks for neural interface adoption and human augmentation
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with actionable C-suite recommendations
- Coordinate with policy think tanks on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and horizon scanning methodologies
- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough predictive models annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with 3+ Fortune 500 clients
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and generative adversarial networks
- Certification in Systems Dynamics Modeling (MIT Sloan preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-year predictive accuracy (>85%)
- Fluency in Python, R, and TensorFlow for scenario simulations
- Public speaking experience at Davos, TED, or equivalent venues
