Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities and threats for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare the organization for disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on strategic foresight initiatives
- Produce actionable reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Published work in futurist journals or thought leadership platforms
