Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor emerging technologies through horizon scanning methodologies
- Design and implement innovation sprints for 2026 product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience developing C-level strategic frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning outputs
