Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) and translate insights into actionable 2026 strategic roadmaps
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across business units
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with innovation hubs and research institutions
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in next-generation technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
