Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovation initiatives across global markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Present compelling futuristic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience leading cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
