Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes and technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops with Fortune 500 executives to translate future scenarios into innovation roadmaps
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum AI, biotech, neuro interfaces) for disruptive business applications
- Produce annual Horizon Reports with predictive models for geopolitical and economic shifts
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Present keynote insights at global innovation summits including Web Summit and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech
- Proven track record advising C-suite on disruptive market transitions
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
- Fluency in exponential technology patents and venture capital trends
- Portfolio of 2026+ scenario planning projects for Fortune 500 clients
