Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 innovation roadmap through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience
- Produce strategic foresight reports and policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry forums
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight frameworks
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance in emerging tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
