Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate, and space exploration
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging sectors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technological change
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos-scale forums
- Partner with quantum computing teams to model complex future systems
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent expertise in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 impact
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Track record of designing scalable future-proofing frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite on 2020-2030 strategic transitions
- Fluency in at least two future-focused languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish)
