Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal disruptions impacting 2026+ landscape
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, backcasting, and impact assessments
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech convergence
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation hubs to expand foresight ecosystem
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic adaptation capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications
- Mastery of foresight methodologies including Delphi technique, weak signal detection, and systemic modeling
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-organizational strategic initiatives with measurable impact on growth and innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or successful strategic transformations
