As a key member of our Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate market shifts, identify disruptive opportunities, and develop roadmaps for exponential growth. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Produce executive reports on emerging risks and opportunities
- Advise on R&D investments and market entry strategies
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on transformation
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
