Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 corporate foresight strategy using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future insights into actionable product roadmaps and business initiatives
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven forecasts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs to capture emerging opportunities
- Design and maintain a proprietary future impact assessment framework for strategic decision-making
- Author thought leadership content positioning the company as a 2026 innovation pioneer
- Oversee the implementation of pilot programs testing future-focused technologies and business models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with documented 5+ year horizon projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research techniques
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level and board audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
