Responsibilities

- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify emerging opportunities
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable development principles in all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
