As part of our elite Future Insights Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government futurists to develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks that position leaders ahead of disruption.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and societal shifts
- Develop predictive scenario models for 2026+ market landscapes and consumer behavior
- Design strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation plans
- Author high-impact thought leadership published in Harvard Business Review and WIRED
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof products and services
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Published research on AI ethics, climate tech, or digital transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
