Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and their implications for 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop future scenario frameworks and strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives
- Lead client workshops on innovation adoption and future-proofing organizational structures
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models using proprietary HorizonScan methodology
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive technologies with 18-36 month commercialization horizons
- Mentor junior consultants on futures research methodologies and strategic storytelling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or client strategy implementations
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPC, WFS) strongly preferred
