- Author predictive intelligence briefs for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Design immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder alignment
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging trends (white papers, TED Talks)
- Experience with scenario planning and backcasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
