Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, bio-integration, and decentralized systems
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining thought leadership through industry publications and keynotes
- Oversee the implementation of strategic roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into business value
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and systems thinking frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, neurotech, climate engineering, and space commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leader with 50+ articles/whitepapers on future trends
