Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for 2026 market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Develop innovation roadmaps with clear KPIs and resource allocation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor activities
- Curate partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Produce annual 'Future State' industry reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
