Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and assess their strategic implications for 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework with 5-year predictive models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future technological disruptions
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing product development pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or strategic frameworks
