Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with 2026-2030 commercial potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, neurotech, and synthetic biology integration
- Conduct scenario planning for AI governance and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry thought leadership forums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering
- Published research on technology adoption patterns or innovation forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong data visualization skills for complex technology trend analysis
