Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and decentralized networks
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging tech disruptors (neuromorphic computing, biocomputing)
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with venture capital firms to evaluate and acquire breakthrough startups
- Present strategic technology briefings to Fortune 500 clients and government bodies
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology prototyping
- Curate annual Tech Horizon Summit featuring Nobel laureates and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-AI symbiosis
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
