Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and predict market impacts for 2026+ horizon
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive intelligence for strategic advantage
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions and developing adaptive strategies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or industry journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
