Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Strategy: Direct the research roadmap for advanced AI models targeting the 2026 product release cycle.
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures using state-of-the-art frameworks like PyTorch and JAX.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish and Patent: Drive the creation of intellectual property by publishing high-impact research papers and filing patents for novel algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex research into deployable, real-world applications.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous ethical guidelines to ensure AI systems are safe, transparent, and unbiased.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning research, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or lead researcher capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or holding patents.
