Responsibilities
- Conduct pioneering user research for emerging tech (AI, quantum interfaces, bio-digital interactions)
- Develop foresight frameworks predicting 2026 user behavior and needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops with designers and engineers
- Create evidence-based design recommendations for futuristic products
- Analyze global user trends across cultural and demographic segments
- Present findings to C-suite executives and product stakeholders

Qualifications
- 5+ years UX research experience with emerging technologies
- Expertise in qualitative/quantitative research methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating work with AR/VR, AI, or futuristic interfaces
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field
- Proficiency in research tools (Figma, Maze, Lookback, SPSS)
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with agile development and design thinking
- Published research in UX or technology innovation journals
