Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Process confidential documents and maintain accurate digital/physical records
- Assist constituents with inquiries regarding municipal services and programs
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official communications using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate logistics for public hearings, community events, and inter-departmental projects
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and procurement documentation
- Ensure compliance with city regulations and record-keeping standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government/public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
