Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department heads and staff
- Manage and maintain official records and documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone and email
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and events

- Ensure compliance with government regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
