Responsibilities
- Provide weekend front-desk support for government services and public inquiries
- Process and maintain confidential citizen records with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate with weekday staff to ensure continuity of critical operations
- Manage document scanning, filing, and digital record-keeping systems
- Assist with weekend permit applications, fee processing, and form distribution
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend hours
- Prepare weekend operational reports for departmental leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative/customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital record systems
- Ability to obtain government background clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to handle sensitive information
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
