Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Process confidential documents and maintain accurate records in compliance with government protocols
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
