Responsibilities
- Manage public records and documentation in compliance with federal/state regulations

- Maintain confidential records and ensure data security protocols
- Coordinate logistics for public hearings and board meetings
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or public sector roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Knowledge of Ohio public records laws and compliance standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
