Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and maintain complex government records and filing systems with strict attention to accuracy.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist department heads with scheduling, meeting coordination, and administrative logistics.
- Collect and verify data for various city initiatives and ensure compliance with state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to constituents and city employees alike.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role within a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
