Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate government records and filing systems in strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens, vendors, and internal departments regarding public services and procedures.
- Process incoming applications, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the coordination of government programs, ensuring all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and specialized government databases to input, update, and analyze data.
- Perform routine office maintenance, including printing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline administrative workflows and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s degree in Public Administration or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, clerical, or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
