Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex filing systems and databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process incoming correspondence, applications, and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence for department heads.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and schedule meetings effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with government regulations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
