Responsibilities
- Process citizen permits, licenses, and public records requests during weekend hours
- Manage multi-channel communications including phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain confidential government databases with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and access control
- Support emergency response documentation and incident reporting
- Assist with weekend public events and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Arizona state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or public service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check required
