Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume correspondence and answer inquiries from the public and internal departments regarding city services and regulations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical records for government documentation.
- Assist department heads with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and customer service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or Public Service preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience in a government or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government database management systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal and state regulations.
