Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accurate public records and official documents.
- Assist constituents and city departments with inquiries, permits, and applications.
- Prepare and distribute high-quality reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Manage office schedules, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal government regulations.
- Perform data entry and analysis using specialized government databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve administrative workflows.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, public administration, or municipal office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
