Responsibilities
- Manage and organize high volumes of confidential documents and records efficiently.
- Assist citizens and employees with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare and process weekly payroll documents and timekeeping records accurately.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure compliance.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence for department leadership.
- Coordinate inter-departmental communication to streamline workflow processes.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
