Responsibilities
- Manage public records systems with 99.9% accuracy compliance
- Process citizen requests within 48-hour SLA timeframe
- Coordinate interdepartmental projects using Agile methodologies
- Generate analytical reports for policy development teams
- Train 5+ junior staff on digital workflow systems
- Ensure ADA compliance for all public-facing materials
- Support emergency response coordination protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Salesforce CRM
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C)
- Pass federal background clearance (Tier 3)
- Spanish bilingual certification preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) credential
- Experience with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
