Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis and research to support government initiatives and legislative changes.
- Manage complex public sector projects from inception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefings for senior management and government officials.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by monitoring local, state, and federal regulations relevant to our operations.
- Foster stakeholder relationships with community leaders, agencies, and internal departments to drive collaboration.
- Analyze statistical data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a government or public sector role, or a comparable professional environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing high-level documentation.
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and pass background checks required for government employment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
