Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records and documents with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process incoming applications, inquiries, and public service requests efficiently using our digital government portals.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an office administration, clerical, or customer service role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
