Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government data to support policy formulation and high-level decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports, executive briefings, and presentations for legislative bodies.
- Conduct research on public administration trends and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new state initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to federal and state regulatory standards.
- Facilitate communication between agencies and the public regarding policy changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in government, public sector, or non-profit administration.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a standard background check.
