- Prepare policy briefs for city council review
- Coordinate cross-departmental implementation strategies
- Manage public comment response protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government/NGO experience
- Advanced data analysis proficiency (SPSS/R)
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Security clearance eligibility (if required)
- Grant writing certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued
