Key Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate information regarding government programs, policies, and services.
- Process applications and documentation with strict attention to detail.
- Maintain and update confidential records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Train and mentor new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or public sector administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience with government contracts or federal compliance is a plus.
