Responsibilities
- Review and process sensitive government documentation and applications for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update secure databases with high-volume weekend batch processing.
- Assist the public and internal staff with inquiries regarding local, state, and federal regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal privacy protocols and security standards.
- Generate weekly compliance reports and identify trends in data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with federal and state teams to optimize weekend workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or Business preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of sensitive data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary government clearances.
