Responsibilities
- Process and maintain official government records and documents with high accuracy.
- Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and briefings for senior officials.
- Conduct research on legislative policies and public data to support decision-making.
- Manage incoming inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Support the coordination of community outreach programs and events.

Qualifications
