Responsibilities
- Analyze state budget allocations and financial reports for compliance with Illinois regulations
- Develop fiscal projections for infrastructure and social program funding initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of governmental or public sector financial experience

- Proficiency with Illinois State Accounting System (ISAS) and SAP
- Deep knowledge of Illinois pension regulations (5 ILCS 375/1)
