Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process, verify, and maintain accurate government records and public documentation.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government, administrative, or customer-facing role.
- Strong working knowledge of state procurement processes and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft clear correspondence.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific database management systems.
