Responsibilities
- Document Review: Assist in the accurate processing and review of federal applications, forms, and sensitive documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all administrative activities adhere to federal regulations, agency policies, and privacy laws.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized, confidential, and up-to-date digital and physical records for all assigned cases.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing clear and professional information to the public and agency partners.
- Reporting: Prepare daily logs, status reports, and summaries for federal oversight committees.
- Support: Provide administrative support to federal officers and project managers as required.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for federal roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or government operations is highly valued.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a mandatory federal background check and security clearance investigation.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry systems.
- Availability: Must be available for a set part-time schedule (typically 20-25 hours per week).
